A new Environmental Science Hall is under construction at Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk, VA. The science center, known as the Greer Environmental Sciences Center, is named after President William T. Greer, who recently retired in June, 2015. At nearly 40,000 square-feet, the impressive building will represent the foundation of VWC’s expanding environmental sciences programs. The building is located on the south end of the main academic lawn, and will make students more aware of their local environmental surroundings.
