Ischebeck Megashore

The Ischebeck Megashore support system is designed to decrease labor costs, improve safety, and meet the demands of today’s structural requirements. The system was built to combine maximum flexibility in use with a minimum number of components. Legs, frames, and beams are the only three components used for basic application. Ischebeck Megashore can support loads up to 22,000 lbs (100kN) per leg. Ischebeck Megashore legs are available in three sizes, each with continuous vertical slots to allow ledger frames to be fitted at the optimum height. Ischebeck Megashore screw jacks can be fitted top and bottom for vertical adjustment up to 8 feet (2.40m). All ledger frames are made of aluminum. The outside tube is 1.9” (48.3mm), so you can use standard working platforms. Ledger frames can be removed or inserted in any location while the system is fully erected. Megashore is the ideal Support System for high slabs, or leg loads of 22,000 lbs. The Megashore with the H20 Girder® is the system of choice used worldwide by heavy civil contractors. Ischebeck HV Slab Forming System

The Ischebeck HV Slab forming support system is designed to decrease labor cost, improve safety, and meet the demands of today’s structural requirements. The system has been designed to combine maximum flexibility in use with a minimum number of components. The Ischebeck HY Support System with the H20 Girder® has been used worldwide on high multi-story structures, water treatment facilities, dams, tunnels, bridges, and power plants.

The Ischebeck HV Support System is designed to decrease labor costs, improve safety, and meet the demands of today’s structural requirements. The system has been designed to combine maximum flexibility in use with a minimum number of components. Legs, frames, and beams are the only three components used for basic application. The system is lightweight and easy to use with only 3 main components, none of which weighs more than 42 pounds. The system can be erected and dismantled by two man teams without the need for special tools. The system can support loads up to 16,000 lbs per leg. Ischebeck HV Support System legs are available in two sizes, Standard Prop (5’-9” to 10’-0”) and Maxi Prop (9’-8” to 13’-11”), each with continuous vertical slots to allow ledger frames to be fitted at the optimum height. HV screw jacks can be fitted top and bottom for vertical adjustment up to 8’-6” feet. All ledger frames are made of aluminum. The outside tube is 1.9” (48.3mm), so you can use standard working platforms. Ledger frames can be removed or inserted in any location while the system is fully erected. Ischebeck HV Support System tables are ideal for multi-story mid & high rise construction where the shifting of large table elements is economical. Due to the rigidity of the ledger frame system, the table sizes are not limited in size. Tables are easily shifted from placement to placement with the use of a patented trolley. Tables are crane picked and cycled from floor to floor maximizing formwork utilization. Ischebeck Panel Deck System

The Ischebeck Panel Deck System is designed to decrease labor costs, improve safety, and meet the demands of today’s structural requirements. The system has been designed to combine maximum flexibility in use with a minimum number of components. Legs, Drop Heads, Main Beams and Combi Panel are the only four components used for basic application, none of which weighs more than 42 pounds. The system can be erected and dismantled by two man teams without the need for special tools. The Ischebeck Panel Deck System 6 FT x 6 FT grid allows for simple setting and high production. The Ischebeck Panel Deck System is one of the safest and most economical slab support systems currently available in the world. The Ischebeck Panel Deck System can be supported with either HV Support – 16,000 Lb Per Leg or Euro Prop – 10,000 Lb Per Leg. The Ischebeck Mega Shore and Ischebeck HV Support System are framed with aluminum ledger frames. All ledger frames are made of aluminum. Ledger frames can be removed or inserted in any location while the system is fully erected. The Euro Prop shores utilize an easy to install tripod during the initial installation and periodically during erection. The exterior edge of the structure will be supplied with post shore brace frames for added rigidity and safety. The Ischebeck Panel Deck System works primarily due to the unique drop head design that allows early stripping of slab form system. The stripping can begin the day after placement due to the unique hardware that allows the support system to remain in constant compression while the large area slab formwork is released. The Ischebeck Panel Deck System provides the safest choice for speedy slab formwork. The Main Beam is used in conjunction with the Combi Panel. Both components are set from below the free standing deck, which increases worker confidence and productivity. The 2’ x 6’ panel only weighs 38 Lbs and is easily set into place by one person. Due to the smooth support flange of the Main Beam, the Combi Panel can be set anywhere along the Main Beam and slid into final position. Slab edge conditions are tackled easily with the Main Beam 3.50m which provides a safe cantilevered support platform and support post fixing point.
