Sam Fagan, Southeastern Kenseal Sales Manager, has been a key member of the Kenseal team for four years. In his time with the company, he has grown the region to new heights by developing his sales team and strengthening relationships with core vendors. He recently took on the added responsibility of Harris Sales Manager for the Charlotte, Richmond and Chesapeake branches with a focus on “bag and bucket” products. His new position gives continuity to the two sales teams that operate in the same footprint.
Big Wins in the SER
As mentioned in the last edition of Concrete Evidence, our “Better Together” partnership is in full effect across the organization, particularly in the Southeastern Region (SER). The SER A.H. Harris and Kenseal sales teams collaborate on a daily basis, sharing best practices and determining new opportunities to better service our customers. I am excited about all that lies ahead and all that we have accomplished thus far just six months into the partnership. Some key successes in the SER include:
- Our expanded service capabilities in Richmond and Raleigh. Kenseal Raleigh stocks a basic concrete slab package and A.H. Harris Richmond stocks a variety of Dow Corning, Pecora, Tremco and Henry Company products.
- Development of our team to create experts in both Division 3 and Division 7 products. The A.H Harris and the Kenseal sales teams are working closely with one another to train each other on their respective markets.
The future of our combined team is very positive. With greater access to inventory, an increased service footprint and an exceptionally knowledgeable sales team, we are poised for success! Our goal moving forward is to better service our customers and strengthen partnerships with our core vendors.
