The NEW New Haven!
The New store is located in the heart of New Haven. Placed under and close by the state’s busiest highways 91 & 95 it is just down the street from our old location but it’s very, very different.
The new store showroom is a little over 6000 sf of polished concrete, the warehouse is over 35K sf and our indoor rebar fab/cleaning and repair area is over 5000 sf. With our store, yard and warehouse together it’s over 162,000 sf ready for business and material storage! We are growing our vendor relationships and bringing in more of the products that our local customers want and use. The move took us months’ of preparation and about 6-8 weeks to execute. The New Haven staff worked in the light, dark, snow and rain to complete the transition. We gained 300+ pallet positions and laid our yard out for ultimate usage. The new building is set up with 2 loading docks to help get the numerous trucks in and out in a more organized fashion; a large loading dock upper landing area for material storage, receiving area, shipping area and customer will call along with staging area for customers to make it a black and white operation. We will also be able to offer our customers rebar fabrication. If you are in the area please stop by – we love new faces! Stay tuned for information about our grand opening…
